PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF COKE PUSHER. Scope of this job would include - Cleaning of all the mechanisms (like gear boxes, actuators, rollers, gears, drums, bearing blocks, radiators, cylinders etc) including hydraulic cabins, if any. Tightening of all the loose bolts, Replacing of damaged bolts, hose pipes. Topping up / replacing oil, greasing of all the grease points, Welding of all the cracks especially in leveller bar, pusher ram, pipes, railings & stairs and support structures etc., Regulation of brakes, stroke of actuators, rope tension, tie rods, bearing locations, leveller supporting roller
s level etc., Replacement of worn out components like damaged spanner assembly parts, actuators, rollers, tie rods, window opening fork sole plate etc., And any other preventive/urgent job as specified by site in charge. To ensure safety and quality of jobs, working crew must include designated supervisor. PPEs & tools and tackles (including grease gun) necessary for carrying out above jobs should be provided by contractor. All consumables shall be provided by BSL free of cost. Payment shall be made for the job completed in this manner on certification from site in-charge. *

Regulation of brakes, stroke of actuators, support roller packing, tie rods, bearing locations, cage level etc. Replacement of worn out components like damaged spanner assembly parts, actuators, rollers, tie rods & cage liners, plates etc. ,Any other preventive/urgent job as specified by site in-charge. To ensure safety and quality of jobs, working crew must include designated supervisor.
